@JDesignStudio He didn't. Dre produced both beats, and both beats are G Funk Beats, that's just the sound of G Funk and lots of songs sound like that. Both beats are based on George Clinton's Parliament Funkadelic music (The Snoop song you're talking about is based on the song "Atomic Dog"), and that's George Clinton doing the chorus on this song. So if it's copying anyone, it's copying Clinton, and he's obviously cool with it cuz he came in to record the intro and chorus on this song.
