The third one was banned, probably, because it might encourage vandalism and stealing (or too aggressive cheering leading to violence?). Only, she already paid for whatever it was she was paying for and the vending machine looks intact, but whatever.

The third one shouldn't have been banned. You paid for it, and its an intentional imperfection put in the machine to make it so every now and then someone doesn't get there candy, soda what have you, even though they paid.
