mengikut Pusat Rujukan Persuratan Melayu @ DBP, ayum bermaksud, ayum; mengayum ark membantu (orang yg berbuat jahat); ayuman bantuan (wang dll) kpd orang yg berbuat jahat. - kamus dewan edisi empat. adakah ini yang dimaksudkan ayum-ayum dalam lagu ini??
