Testing the usefulness of charlieplexing. A multiplexing technique for pin constrained devices. I'm using a tiny13 and 5 pins to control 14 LEDs but you can control N * (N - 1) LEDs (or 5*(4)=20 for 5 pins). Next step will be to test POV stef for fun.
