It's good for inking. Inking on the original sketch spiders and bleeds ink lines because the eraser tears up the fibers of the paper. Tracing the sketch on a fresh piece of paper and then inking it gives you finer and sharper ink lines. It's an extra step many artists would probably avoid. A much faster way is to scan and print out the sketch in light blue.

Oh!! I see, that's really very clever, I never thought of that!! It's a good idea!! ^W^ And thanks for answering my question!! I never thought you'd answer, seeing as how you must be very busy and you're like, almost famous!!! X3333333 x

Not a problem. It was a good question. Thought it'd be easier to answer it now and just direct people to it who ask it again.

@shaunmc3433 It's not very bright, and it won't pass through your paper much.

Oh man. I was really hoping that you would tell what kind of paper you use if you use anything special. I've never bought special paper for drawing, just sketchbooks, so it would help to know what others prefer.

where can i get the 0.3mm Pencils at?? I've looked everywhere including the internet!
foxblade2 - Posted on Jan 25, 2010
i love 0.3 i use staedtler but its cheap the pigments work better than the copic sp or micron ones (in water proof, alcohol proof etc.)yeah i had micron n copic sps did a test .....still use the copic caios but i find them easier to use n less bulkier than the sketch ones the only differents is the sketch it bulkier so it doesnt roll(unless ur drawing on an unbalanced surface doesnt matter)n it has a lil more ink i like light boards they have them in art class i want1..prefer deleter paper.
