This is my first video in a long time, hoping to get more of them on here. I talk about wanting to start using youtube to rant about some things.

17th and 18th my plan to lose the weight
This is my 17th and 18th videos together, I weighed in at 232 lbs, a loss of 1.5 pounds per week for the last two weeks.
To reach my goal of hitting 200 lbs even, I am going to have to kick it into high gear, which means no more getting sidetracked.

first of 30 my plan for losing the weight
I have eaten unhealthy for years, and I have decided to do something about it. I am making 30 videos in 30 weeks, to hopefully document a transformation of somekind, for the better. We will see.
My starting weight is 255 lbs. So let's see if I can lose the weight.

This week my weight has stayed the same and that is because of me being so busy tryig to finish something I had six monthes to do.

10th through 16th of 30 my plan to lose the wieght
I'll be honest, I have gotten sidetracked with working 60 to 70 hours a week, and other personal things going on. I never thought that I would have this long of a hiatis.
I'm back and ready to attack this at full force.
I am at the same weight at my 9 of 30 video. 235 lbs.

go cart fun (with half the neighborhood kids watching)
We decided to pull the go cart out of the garage to make sure it still ran, then all of a sudden we hear from some kid, "no way, you have a go kart."
So we ran it around the area for a bit, till the neighbors started telling their kids to get inside.NOW.
I took that as a cue to put it away, jus

a day out at the childrens museum
We took the kids to the childrens museum near our house. It is great because of all the hands on things that the kids get to do to help them learn. Plus we had a lot of fun

fourth of 30 my plan to lose the weight
I have added two more things this week to go with everything else that I am doing to try to lose the weight. The two things I added this week are no more deep fried foods and I shaved.
My weight is 246, that is only one pound less. (on the video I said 2, whoops)

first step for me to get more healthy
These are called tens. I cut the first five or so sets out. All you would have seen was me struggle with ten jumping jacks, squat thrusts, pushups and situps. Then nine of each and so on down to one.
