Ujar Azizan lagi, sebelum ini kerajaan negeri telah berbincang dengan 5 syarikat yang terlibat dengan projek berkenaan, antaranya Merapoh Resources Sdn Bhd, Hijaz Refinery Sdn Bhd, Trans - Peninsula Petroleum Sdn Bhd, Pristine Oil Malaysia Sdn Bhd dan SKS Devolepment Sdn Bhd. Projek ini bakal menarik pelaburan sebanyak RM 83 billion, diatas tanah seluas 360 hektar. Dalam sidang media berkenaan juga, Azizan turut ditanya mengenai fungsi penghulu dan Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Kemajuan dan Keselamatan Kampung. Menurut Azizan, kerajaan negeri akan menguatkan peranan penghulu dengan lebih berkesan. tvpas.com/
