i like both versions, they are soooo sensual and seductive
Andreeblue - Posted on Jan 4, 2010
I think when Buck-Tick composed the song "Dress", they originally intended to express sheer sensuality, and everything about their song suggests it- lyrics, arrangement, pv. I believe that some songs can sound better or equally good in a remixed version and other songs lose all their "spark" when remixed, or sung by other artists, with a different style. ABS's "Dress" is sort of lifeless, in spite of the energetic arrangement.I don't feel the fever that BUCK-TICK's sensual "Dress" makes me feel
TheCloudcat - Posted on Jan 13, 2010
I agree, Buck Tick's version is completley sexy, but this loses that feeling completley. Still good though.

if you like the real version you should like this one to like i do also;)

i am so sorry to say that Atsushi Sakurai cannot be matched I feel no desire when this plays ,... but that being said this is a more cleaned up version of Dress and i can'tt imagine this being the opening to Trinity Blood Buck Tick Rocks...

True, the original version is special in it's way, but ABS' version is stronger instrument wise. Though I enjoy the "80s" feel the original has.

Trinity Blood
dragonepiphany - Posted on Jan 30, 2010
I really like the music, but I cannot say the same for the voice. It doesn't match at all.
JesykaL - Posted on Jan 31, 2010
I like this version because its stronger than Buck-Tick's arrangement, but the original is always the best. I'm a sucker for remixes. :s

This is my favorite BUCK-TICK song. And I'm sorry, but nobody sings this the was Atsushi Sakurai does. It really loses the sensual feel of the song when someone other than BUCK-TICK performs it. SOrry, but I really don't like this version too much. Sorry ABS.

TRINITY BLOOD :D

I just recently found out that Buck Tick does this song originally and I gave theirs a listen. I have to say, even though I like Buck Tick, ABS's version of this song still blows me away. To be honest, I find Atsushi Sakurai a bit creepy, so this version is refreshing. Please don't flame me, I'm just saying. Maybe this version is more appealing to me cuz it sounds more like the kind of music I like. But I still love Buck Tick! =)
